Don’t do sit ups just for your abs training!
If ever wonder … will you do more sit ups will help to reduce your stomach fat and build a tight abs? the answer is no. In fact, sit ups are bad for your lower back if you over do it!
Anyway, there are safe way to do sit ups, but I wouldn’t talk about it here because personally, I don’t like do sit ups:P

For me, I think there are better way to do abs training.
My favor is bicycle maneuver abs training exercise. Why, because it’s the most effective abdominal workouts!
Now you have it! One things you need to know about abs training is don’t do sit ups all days, try bicycle maneuver abs training instead!
It’s more effective and fun to do then sit ups. Of course, abs training is more then that, I will talk about more in the next post.
